2019 Drop-In Wellness Group Activities Schedule

The Counselling Services hosts regular wellness group activities that aim to empower students and foster resilience, and build a sense of community around various wellness themes.

Counselling groups can be beneficial by helping students find new perspectives on shared challenges, feel inclusion and relief knowing that others experience similar challenges, and allowing them to practice new skills in a supportive group environment.

These sessions are facilitated by professional counsellors and peer counsellors to provide an opportunity for students to learn, share and connect in a safe and confidential space with a small group of their peers through different wellness themes.

These group sessions are available to students who are registered in at least one course at the University of Ottawa.

No registration required, but students must arrive at the start time to prevent disruptions.
