Pet therapy

The Student Academic Success Service (SASS) and Health Promotion (UOHS) offers a dog therapy program for University of Ottawa students.

This initiative allows individuals who may be experiencing anxiety or are living through difficult or stressful situations to spend time with therapy dogs trained specifically to help in these types of situations.

Visit our certified therapy dogs every Friday from 11 a.m. to noon during the academic year at the 90 University Residence (90U), room 152 (some exceptions apply, see the full schedule on the Mental Health and Wellness website for details).
